Being raised in the industry along with her brother Arik, Chef Steph learned Sushi from her dad and Thai cuisine by her momma at the age of 11. Driven with a strong background in the Fine Arts along with her culinary upbringing, Chef Steph likes to experiment and push the boundaries of fusion cuisine.

Paul Sananikone is a second generation chef under lineage of his father and mother. Through the rigorous training as a hibachi chef (father) and Laos/Thai Cuisine(mother) he sought out to become more versatile chef by integrating methodologies and cultural influences. He ventured off to Austin, TX to work under some prominent chefs from the high and low end restaurant scene. Learning the different operating systems and his eye for merging artistic expression has set him apart from the pack. Sit down at the sushi bar and have an intimate time with chef while exploring the varietal seasonality of fishes, herbs, spices and sauces.

Willo discovered his passion for the culinary arts early on when he took culinary classes all throughout high school. He was influenced by his Uncle who has been in the industry for +25 years and trained Willo early on. Immediately after graduating he started taking on seasonal cooking jobs and has since found a home here in El Jebel.
